About the stress less company

Michelle Hart is the founder of the Stress Less Company, a bespoke wellness company, offering yoga, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques to adults, teens and children.

Michelle educates and empowers her clients to utilise their breathing, body and mind to improve their health and performance, and to reduce stress and anxiety. She is committed to helping her students find inner calm and strength, no matter what age.

Each stage of life presents us with different challenges and since every person is different Michelle offers a personalised service, tailoring every session to her clients’ needs, whether that is an individual wanting to reduce stress, a child struggling with anxiety, a teen suffering low mood or a company wanting to improve staff wellbeing.

Michelle is a passionate yoga teacher, primary school teaching assistant, and mum to 2 teen girls, who loves to nurture and care for her students. She has practiced yoga for 23 years and has over 14 years of experience teaching a wide variety of yoga classes incorporating breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques in many settings, including in schools, gyms and on corporate away days.

Michelle is Yoga Alliance certified, fully insured, first aid trained and DBS checked.
