These sessions are a great opportunity to work with Michelle on a specific area, for example as a student new to yoga, or if you are recovering from injury, or wanting to work on reducing stress, improving sleep, or just prefer a more personalised experience to a gym or studio setting at a time that suits you.

Michelle offers online and in-person sessions for corporate clients, combining breathing, yoga, and mindfulness, both on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
